CANADA POST

Canada Post has the following changes to their service:

Canada Post is experiencing some delays. Heavier shipments are more impacted than others.
Proof-of-age verification and required signatures are limited to post-office pickups.
On-time guarantees are suspended.
Shipments to many countries are currently not being accepted.

Upon ordering you will receive a confirmation email, if you haven't received this it means your order most likely has not been processed. Contact us if you do have any trouble info@prayerandbead.com.
We try and process orders as soon as possible but please allow 2-3 days to process orders especially during Ramadan and Eid . Orders are not processed or shipped during the weekend and holidays. So to avoid any disappointment please bear this in mind when ordering.
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number. Due to Covid19 delivery times are delayed. This is out of our hands unfortunately but if you do have any questions contact us info@prayerandbead.com or the carriers used for your order (found in your email).
