Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied by your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, Prayer&Bead gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.


Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at prayerandbead@gmail.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Prayer&Bead does not take any responsibility for any returned items lost in the shipping process.
